KOC Guidelines

Welcome to Xvengers! To ensure the smooth operation and collective interests of all members, we have established the following guidelines and responsibilities. By accepting a job from Xvengers, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please read and follow these regulations to maintain unity and stability within the alliance.

1. XVENGERS General Rules

1.1 You must be a KOC officially registered with XVENGERS, over 18 years of age, and agree to abide by this agreement. Before accepting any job, you must first join XVENGERS.
1.2 On the internal communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Wechat) of XVENGERS, KOCs should maintain respect and cooperation and must not maliciously attack other members, merchants, or agents.
1.3 KOCs must prioritize the interests of XVENGERS over personal interests and shall not privately negotiate lower prices or terms with merchants.
1.4 KOCs are prohibited from privately negotiating gifts or preferential prices with merchants. All negotiations must be approved by XVENGERS.
1.5 KOCs shall not provide other business services to merchants while working for XVENGERS and must not disclose XVENGERS' or merchants' commercial secrets and sensitive information.
1.6 KOCs must strictly adhere to the store exploration, product unboxing, material content services, and agreed timelines. Those who are late will be warned by XVENGERS. The number of participants in store explorations must be determined with the XVENGERS administrator; sudden increases in numbers are not allowed.
1.7 KOCs must maintain the image of XVENGERS during the store exploration process and avoid actions that could damage XVENGERS' or merchants' image. Violations will result in warnings.


2. KOC Responsibilities
2.1 KOCs are prohibited from engaging in behaviors such as self-centeredness, poor attitude, not replying to messages, or failing to publish creations. Such actions will be regarded as serious violations.
2.2 KOCs should actively participate in XVENGERS' promotion activities to enhance overall exposure.
2.3 Before uploading content, KOCs must have it reviewed by the XVENGERS administrator to ensure quality and compliance.
2.4 KOCs have the right to accept jobs privately within XVENGERS' scope but must not harm XVENGERS' interests. They must create authentic and high-quality content that meets XVENGERS' requirements and maintains the image of merchants.
2.5 KOCs must protect consumer rights during experiences and must not fabricate facts to mislead consumers. The copyright of content created while accepting jobs from XVENGERS belongs to XVENGERS and can be used for advertising or merchant promotion.


3. KOC Standard Operational Procedures


Working Process
KOCs should regularly check community announcements or pinned messages in the WhatsApp/WeChat group for job opportunities and fill out the Google Form to apply. If selected by the admin, KOCs must reserve a date for the store exploration or product unboxing. After completing the exploration or unboxing, KOCs need to create content based on the admin's project brief. The content must be submitted to the admin for review. Only after the admin approves the content can KOCs post it on the Xiaohongshu (XHS) platform.
Project Briefing
Project briefings will be conducted by the administrator, who will provide details about the client's goals and expectations. KOCs must adhere to the briefing to align the content with the client's objectives.
Timing for Tasks
KOCs must arrange to conduct the store exploration or unboxing within 7 days of accepting the job (starting from the receipt of the product). Failure to take action within 7 days will be considered a serious violation, unless a reasonable explanation is provided. The administrator will make a decision in such cases.
Content Review and Posting
KOCs must submit their content for review to the administrator within 3 days after the store exploration or unboxing. The content must be posted on the Xiaohongshu platform within 7 days.
Content Requirements
All written and visual content must include a minimum of 6 pages. Video content must be at least 30 seconds long. The wording in each post must be longer than 50 Chinese characters, excluding hashtags.
Platform Knowledge
KOCs must familiarize themselves with Xiaohongshu's platform mechanisms to avoid issues such as limited exposure, account suspension, or violations that waste time.
Performance and Payment
If the content is limited in exposure, suspended, or violates platform rules, or if the post receives less than 300 views in 7 days, no remuneration will be provided. KOCs must provide a screenshot of the basic data for their post to the administrator within 7 days of posting to prove performance. Remuneration will be disbursed within 30 days from the posting date, provided there are no violations. Payments can be received through the administrator.
Data Submission
KOCs must provide a screenshot of the basic data for their post to the administrator in 7 days of posting to prove the performance of the content.
Incentives for High Performance
KOCs whose content achieves "explosive" views in 7 days (over 30,000 views on Xiaohongshu) will receive additional bonuses from XVENGERS. Please contact the administrator to claim your bonus.
Prohibition of Fake Engagement
KOCs are prohibited from using methods to artificially inflate views, such as mutual follows, likes, saves, or comments. Violations will be considered serious breaches.
Promotion Requirements
XVENGERS may occasionally conduct promotions to attract clients, including free Google reviews and reposts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. KOCs must follow XVENGERS' promotional guidelines and participate as required.


4. Cooperation and Remuneration
4.1 XVENGERS serves as a brokerage platform for KOCs, helping KOCs connect with merchants for business partnerships.
4.2 Once a KOC accepts an job, they cannot modify the working date or be absent from work without authorization. Violators will be warned, expelled from XVENGERS, or required to compensate for any losses.
4.3 KOCs must comply with the requirements of XVENGERS and help merchants increase view and exposure with the most appropriate content.
4.4 The remuneration for each assignment will be listed in the internal group posting. KOCs should only accept assignments if they agree with the listed remuneration. Once accepted, the remuneration cannot be renegotiated.
4.5 Remuneration will only be paid out by XVENGERS after 30 days from the posting date, provided there are no violations of the platform rules. Payments can be received through the administrator.
4.6 KOCs must understand the entire work process and mechanism. If there are any questions, they should discuss them with the administrator first.
4.7 KOCs are prohibited from deleting their posts after accepting a job, regardless of any circumstances.


5. Violations
5.1 KOCs must strictly adhere to XVENGERS' rules. Minor violations will receive a warning once; three cumulative warnings will be considered serious violations. Serious violations will result in immediate expulsion from XVENGERS.
5.2 Serious violators may be subject to legal liability or required to compensate XVENGERS or merchants for all losses, depending on the circumstances.
5.3 In the event of a dispute between a KOC and the administrator or merchant, the KOC may report the issue directly to the president of XVENGERS, who will make a final decision. No objections will be allowed.
5.4 If a KOC chooses to withdraw from XVENGERS, they must complete any existing work obligations and ensure that the withdrawal does not damage the rights and interests of XVENGERS or merchants.


6. Other Terms
6.1 If a KOC is unable to upload their work due to platform restrictions or other factors, please contact XVENGERS administrator as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement KOC.
6.2 KOCs should be mindful of their language when making comments on personal social media and should not harm the image of XVENGERS or address sensitive topics.
6.3 When encountering negative or argumentative comments, KOCs should first report the issue to the XVENGERS administrator rather than publicly questioning or criticizing netizens, businesses, or agents.
6.4 XVENGERS reserves the right to modify and adjust this terms based on actual conditions. Any changes will be posted on the XVENGERS website.
